| Haven´t had any problems with it, perhaps your turbo is in bad shape. | |

| Hy, I'm from Latvia. This is my sierra This summer I'm going to replace te DOHC engine with pinto and try to add turbo to it. I have got some questions about your turbo conversion. 1. Where can I mount the oil pick up for the turbo? 2. And where can I buy the splitter for the fuel lines for the extra injectors. Thanks for your help, hope my T25 will be fine for this engine. | |

| Cat has less compression so it´s a better choice if you are planing to go with stock engine | |

| Hi! Which size of a turbo fits to pinto if I want a low cost k-jet cold start injectors whith pressure switch solution with about 0,6-0,7 bar of boost? The engine is stock also. Now I found a same as this one: http://www.turbodaddy.net/garrett/pdfs/garrett-TA0304-465384-5.pdfBut I think it will be too small because this is the stock turbo of VW golfII/jetta 1.6GTD | |

| Hey Mikael your probably sick of people asking silly questions but what is this I have been buying the cold start injectors off ebay but dont know what to search for with this. ive tried Fuel rail adapter, fuel splitter, nos splitter, gas splitter, nos adapter. the list will go on and on if you dont tell me!! also, what kind of pressure switch am i looking for. i would have imagined something that turns on around 5 psi. | |

| started on the efi inlet manifold today i wanted to have extra space on the flat areas of the manifold so i could mount extra injectors at a later date. so i roughly positioned the current injectors 8 inches from the head. i made a template out of a plastic card and drilled the holes. 4,5mm for the screws and 8mm for the injector. i then filed the area round the big hole flat for a decent seal. i was going to use o-rings but went for chemical metal to seal round the holes. the injectors were a tight fit so a tap in with a glasgow screwdriver and they were home. i finally fastened them using 5mm stainless self tappers and hey presto, an 8 injector set up! still got to find an adjustable pressure switch to turn them on. does anybody know the banjo size of a k-jet cold start injector for the plumbing? | |

| When I use standard injectors whith Kjet cold start injectors do I need to adjust harder the MAF spring? Or the only reason if I put in bigger injectors to standard? And what size do you suggest? Around 300cc enough? | |

| You don´t need to adjust the MAF with extra injectors.
If you don´t want extra fuelinjectors you can skip it and exchange the standard injectors for example 300. But it can be tricky to get it to work fine on lower rpm | |
