2.9 12v turbo information

Hey

Im looking to turbo my 2.9 12v, not silly power just a reliable amount on the stock engine 300-350ish lets say

I have most of the bits for it including the turbo megasquirt and intercooler etc. Have been trawling forums for a year or so now and then but still have a few questions and you guys on here seem to have more experience than anyone.

The main thing im stuck on is injectors, im not sure what ones to get that would be a straight enough swap for the stock ones?
