Pinto injector size?

Hi, I'm building up my pinto with cosworth YB rods & pistons, Sierra EFI manifold & Garrett GT2860R ballbearing turbo. Haltech platinum sport 1000 engine management, Crow 26661 camshaft, LS1 coilpacks, modified YB distributor to run with the haltech.
The head will be extensively ported with 38mm & 44mm stainless valves.

I'm chasing minimum 250hp at the wheels on 98. What size injectors will do the job. Can anyone please provide a link or recommend injectors that will fit straight into the Sierra EFI manifold? I read on Turbosport, 380cc to 400cc might be a good size?

You need at least 450cc injectors. Siemens deka 630cc is at bit large but with you haltech there will be no problem to tune it.

Much work for only 250whp, stock engine will easely manage 250whp. You are building a 400whp engine

Its standard, all high current with bosch type of connector. Siemens deka for example

Thanks for the comments! Mikael I would be very, very happy with 400hp! I was under the impression that the Sierra injection manifold wouldn't flow well enough for that sort of power? I was planning to get a custom plenum made but if the Sierra manifold is up to the task I'll just use it.

Yea how much does the original injection manifold handle powerwise?

I read on Turbosport forums that the Sierra manifold becomes restrictive over 160hp.  Obviously it will flow much more than 160hp but will require more boost to get the power compared to a well designed plenum.

For 400hp would I also need to get the block O-ringed? ARP head studs? Cometic multi layer steel head gasket? I just have a standard Reinz YB head gasket that I haven't fitted yet.
