| Hello everyone, my name is Pjotr. Since my swedish isn't to good (I can read it a little) i'll do it in english. I come from The Netherlands. I wanted to show you some of my projects. First build was a 1979 Chevrolet Monte-Carlo with the 267cid (4.4L) V8 Garret .60/.82 Turbo from Pontiac Firebird 4.9 Turbo (duh) @ 5-10 PSI Holley 2bbl carb m0dified for blow-thru ( at first with Edelbrock 500) Edelbrock Original Torker intake 270/280 cam Bosch BOV (Saab) Impco Carb Hat Stock TH350 with 2.43:1 rear axle (first gear 60Mph @ 5500rpm) Plus a lot of other Things. Pics Next build (untill current) 1991 Honda Accord 2.0 EX Carb. Stock engine and gearbox Garret T3 .60/.63 (Ford Thunderbird 2.3T) Subaru Water-to-air intercooler Mercedes electric waterpump Transcooler as watercooler Carburator modified: vacuum to mechanical secondaries Plugging 21(not a joke!) vacuum lines. Bosch BOV Pics My daily-driver Honda Civic EG8 LSI 1.5i Now with 1.6 D16Z6 engine (Sohc VTEC) Soon to be replaced by a custom built engine. 2.0 block (accord engine) with 2.2 Dohc VTEC head and a turbo (don't know which one yet) Pics If you have any questions, please let me know Pjotr | |

| I don't know how much Hp the V8 made. I spun the real wheels al the way in first gear to 60 mph @ 5 Psi. When i started tuning the car @ 10 Psi, the chassis twisted a lot. Enough to break the steel brakelines of the chassis. No brakes @ 75 Mph is not funny when you're running out of road fast. I pulled out the turbo kit, and the car went to a nearby shop to get restored and then sold. The Honda F20A2 engines are pretty stout. My friend and me built one with a H23 head and it made 285ish Hp on a dyno. We're going to build one again with a H22 head and hope to make 300 Hp on a stock shortblock.... This is the F20/H23 hybrid. Also something we built.... | Hi Guys, Did a little project together with a co-worker. It is a 1971 Taunus Coupe (TC1). It already had a 1.8 sierra carb engine mated to the stock 4 speed transmission. We replaced the engine and trans with this It's a DOHC (duh) from 1991 Sierra mated to the MT75 Trans We completly removed the wiring harnass from the wrecked Sierra, and worked it into the Taunus. Also Installed a universal external MPFI fuelpump and a returnline. A universal electric fan was also fitted and connected to the stock Wiring harness from the Sierra. A Crane PS20 ignition coil is used for spark. The stock driveshaft from the Sierra fitted the Taunus perfectly. He only made a support for the center support bearing. Also fitted was a custom dual exhaust that exits in front of the rear wheels. I'll post pictures when i get them. | |

| The owner wants to go faster... But i don't know what is possible with this engine. It already has high compression (10.6:1) Do the Rods and pistons from a cosworth engine fit in this?
I have a turbo from a 850 2.5T that wil fit this engine perfectly. I still have to figure out what to do with the engine managment. | |

| 0.5bar seems to be ok on these engines.
Nothing is similar betwen the Dohc engine and the cosworth.
Progressive fuel pressure regulator will perhaps work just for a little bit of boost | |

| Thanx LillePär. We are going to build another engine for the Taunus (the 3rd one). We first replaced the original V4 with a Sierra 1.8 carb engine. After that came the 2.0 DOHC engine with fuel injection. This engine is in worse state then we thought. The next engine to built, will be a Pinto It is going to be a full N/A high compression build, with bike carbs. So we're going back to carburator... (well four of them) I'll post pics as soon as we start the build. | |

| We finally got the engine, after inspection it turns out it has a burned valve... We are first are going to rebuild the entire engine and get it running using a "stock" 32/36 DGEV carb After that is going to get a bike or dual weber carb set-up. New addition to my Honda fleet.... Honda Accord 1994 2.0i 115hp Bonestock Dailydriver (Bruksbil??) for now. Still have some turbo parts left over....what to do, what to do... | |

| So little update We bought this for the engine and trans. To go into this. But then... I still have this... with turbo and engine mount That might fit in the Sierra... Also a "new" engine for the Taunus because the 2.0 DOHC started to use oil. The V8 is going in the Sierra with an automatic TH350 trans. The Pinto from the Sierra is going into the Capri with a Kugelfisher injection... Projects, projects.... And turboing my Accord | |

| The Sierra was still on the lift so we made some progress. When the mounts are ready, the engine will be built and i can finish my Accord. Heavy Duty Trans mount Engine mount Topview And my favourite That'll be all for now. Should i make a thread in the Projekt Part for this? | |

| The Engine is a Chevy 305 V8. It'll have 9.0:1 cr with a rollercam and 305 H.O. cilinderheads.
The trans (TH350) will be converted to full manual only.
We'll leave it N/A for a while to "test" the Sierra. I still have the turbo set-up i made for my 4.4 V8. If it doesn't go fast enough, i'll bolt it in the Sierra and see how fast we are going to break stuff. | |

| Well we managed to make some progress on the Sierra Projekt. The engine is cleaned and painted. The trans will remain standard for the time being. We're trying to get it legal on the road first. (which can be quite difficult here in The Netherlands) Anyhow here are some pic's. We're building this during our lunchbreak. We have an hour per day to work on it. Hence the name: "The Lunchbreak Racer" | |
