I've got a ford taunus 1974 2.0 pinto carburator.

i bought a Renault super5 Turbo's carburator.

What is this part ?

you mean the " Y " conection , thats for using the stock olipressure lamp with aftermarket olipressure gauge.

the turbo ( Renault 25 Turbo Diesel ) and the carburator ( Super 5 GT Turbo ).

Or just use an oil pressure switch but they are not adjustable.

Or an industrial one important that is rated from ~0.2-2bars or similar but it need to go very low. And of course for 12volts...

If it's the y connector u need i suggest u go to a car parts store. It's typical used when u want to install an extra oilpressure/temp gauge

If i understand correctly, when the oil pressure is up, the injectors are on ?

You use an oilpressuareswitch to activate the extra injectors but of course you must mount the switch so it gets boost pressuare
